RADIANT CIRCUITS the great turn on!

What are RADIANT CIRCUITS?

Radiant Circuits, or RC’s are one of the 9 energy systems of the body, as explained by Donna Eden, founder of Eden Energy Medicine.  They are a “get out of jail free card” for the stubborn, toxins of depression, illness, broken relationships and suffering of any kind.  RC’s activate the joy body.  They support our natural right to be healthy, happy and vibrantly alive.  They turn the stories of “why me? into stories of Yes Me!!!”  RC’s connect us to the universal life force.  Anyone with healthy, active Radiant Circuits sparkle with joy and their healing radiance effects everyone and everything around them.  Things work out for people with healthy RC’s.  They are not burdened by the woes of life.  They heal quickly and offer a safe space for others who haven’t yet connected their inner healers (RC’s).

Why do we have to activate them if they are a natural part of us?

Somewhere along the trail, these peaceful circuits became compromised.  People’s relationship with nature changed.  Instead of working in harmony with the natural world, the values of ownership and domination began to shape cultural beliefs and actions.  Peaceful lifestyles were destroyed and violence was an ever present possibility.  And as a result the birth of the fight, flight or freeze evolved or devolved (depending on the perspective) to be the strongest force within the human energy infrastructure.

We have adapted and stayed alive because of our powerful fight, flight, freeze response.  We can thank it for getting us this far.  The problem is that because of its aggressive nature, it is not sustainable.  The FFF is only a part of the larger system. Rather than the tool used in emergencies, it has become a “big brother” during times of rest and restoration.  Yet, we can reprogram it and remind it that it too needs rest and it is happier when it shares power with it’s RC allies.

RADIANT CIRCUITS ARE THE KEY TO A HEALTHY BODY, HEALTHY SOCIETY

RC’s are the inner physician.  They connect us to the worlds beyond the physical. They are the ancient parts of ourselves that hold the wisdom of the time before trauma.  By activating these energy allies, we open the door to deep reservoirs of personal and societal health and wellbeing.  We are naturally psychic and intuitive and we reclaim these gifts when we activate the the Radiant Circuits.

THE TIME IS NOW

The events of 2016 have made it clear that the old systems of power have to evolve. The Fight, Flight or Freeze response is out of control and it is up to the Radiant Circuits to bring back balance to a tired and dying humanity. 2017 is the year to reclaim and renew, and the RC’s are a beautiful and powerful way to do that.

HOW TO QUICKLY ACTIVATE THE RC’S

  • Forgiveness, gratitude, appreciation, humor, singing, movement, meditation, love and dance are some of the simplest ways to activate this system.
  • Kissing your wrists, both inside and out.  There are energy points at the wrists and kissing them calms the stress response in the body and promotes an atmosphere of safety and well being.
  • Trace figure 8’s around the eye sockets.  This moves energy from one side of the  the brain to the other, supporting our capacity to think clearly and respond to circumstances with greater clarity.
  • Ground your energy.  Walk barefoot in the grass, scrap the bottom of your feet with a stainless steel spoon, rub your bare feet together. Grounding yourself will connect you to the earth and give relief to any fear, anger or despair trapped in your energy system.

It can takes time to re pattern your energy and live in Radiant Circuitry, so have patience c yourself, respect your process and get support. You are human and are in the awakening process.  I celebrate you for that!!!   Contact me or another practitioner to learn more.

Reaction and Curious Interaction

Today’s new moon in Aquarius  is the beginning of the Chinese New Year, The Fire Monkey

Playful times ahead!  Are you ready to fly?  Through the air on a magic carpet ride?  Burning is the carpet, smoldering at the seams…or so it seems….but do you really know?  Is the fire eating the carpet or or the carpet eating the fire?  And where the heck you are going anyhow?

I was walking this morning, reflecting on all of the changes and challenges that have persistently whispered, yelled and shaken me into acceptance of life beyond the limited data that I call reality.

Different memories come to my mind. Large range of emotions flood me, depending on the memory.  Many of them evoke sadness and loss, frustration and rejection, resignation and acceptance.  Many evoke glee and  appreciation,  forgiveness and determination to keep opening, regardless of the risks.

Coming to the bone realization of reaction and interaction.

Many life responses come from habituated reactions to learned protocols of how to survive within the group.  Individuals need to figure out these “codes of behavior” very young.  We want and need our families to accept us, otherwise we perish.  We learn to interact from a place of obedience rather than a natural response from the soul.

My personal journey has been highly reactionary to environments that value hierarchical power over personal expression.  I was heartbroken when forced to accept a God separate from me.  That vibrant, wild child that I was, was not acceptable in the eyes of Love.  Wow…..what a robbery of the soul!

Memories become the stories of our lineages.  Our bodies begin to take on the shape of our primary and secondary caregivers.  Experiences help blue print our energy field.  Energy is the skeleton of life and the physical world is the flesh.  In the Chinese system of energy mapping, each experience gets filed away by a natural intelligence of which the meridian system is a mappable part of.  Worry for example, is associated with the stomach, grief with the lung meridian and so on.  The body has an intimate relationship with unseen energy fields.  This may be why a certain experience evokes a particular reaction for people.  There are worlds and worlds the seen world knows nothing about but is still intimately connected to.

My studies of animism as a spiritual practice, energy mapping and physical theater have culminated into an understanding of how habituated reactions are the key to a golden universe of curious interactions.  Tracking reaction by slowing down the response helps to enter the world of curious interaction.  When things travel with the same intensity as a reaction only much much slower, the field of awareness simultaneously increases as well.  Think of a replay in the sports world.  Certain plays are slowed way down to watch the blow by blow of a previous high speed event.  Millions of dollars depend on that technology within the sports world.

Slowing down a reaction.

Slow motion is great way to break up a reactionary response to a passion.  Choose a memory that is tender, but not emotionally paralyzing.  Move the memory by connecting a very slow breath pattern with the image.  After you synced these, add a body movement.  Trust your first impulse.  Breath moves the image through the body as you surround yourself with complete love and compassion.  Allow the feeling to be embraced by your current mind focus of love and light.  If the experience leads you into more spontaneous movement, take it into a dance.  Let the memory evolve into an offering that you give to the parts of your body that’s been holding that memory for you.  Body parts are some of the best audiences we can ask for!

This exercise takes practice.  If you choose a memory that is still highly reactionary, it may be difficult move it through and could leave you feeling frustrated or depleted.  Give yourself the respect of a simple memory.  Ultimately we all are finding ways to take care of the reactionary nature.   The more love we add, the more light we become.

This year of the Fire Monkey is great time to liberate the playful free soul that we are all born with.  Re patterning  trauma is a great job for the artist.  It’s a territory for soul development and cultural liberation.

Sat Nam and Happy New Year!

Dreams

“All I know for sure is that dreams are the pictures of states wanting to turn into processes.  Dreams are maps of the beginning of an otherwise unchartered trip into the unknown.  They are pictures of the unknown which appear in many channels.  Because process work is body-oriented, I put a stress upon feelings, but dreams are not pictures of just feelings; they are pictures of the way the unknown is showing itself in a given moment.”

Arnold Mindell

Some Aboriginal peoples describe Dreaming in terms of the dark side of the moon.  When the moon is not quite full, you see its bright, illuminated side.  You might call it a half moon.  But if you look closely on a clear evening, you can see the dark side, silently shimmering next to the more apparent bright side.  Like me, most people focus only on the bright side and miss the moon’s dark face, that is, the Dreaming reality.
The bright side is only that portion of the whole moon that is illuminated.  Focusing only on the bright side of the moon and ignoring the dark side might easily make you think that dark side does not exist, while in fact we need the dark side to represent the whole moon.
The same is true for everything you see.  If you only focus on everyday reality, you neglect the Dreaming.  According to Aboriginal thinking, the Dreaming is the basic substance of the material world.  The Dreaming gives objects the energy that attracts and repels your attention.  If you neglect the Dreaming, you devalue the material environment because you ignore its basis and thus miss half of life.
The power of  the Dreaming is right here, behind the everyday world, as part of every object, the part you sometimes forget to notice.  From the Aboriginal perspective, everyday reality is the bright side of the moon pointing to the power of Dreaming, the moon’s dark side.
In spite of my interest and long background in therapy, dreams, and shamanism, I had unconsciously assumed that the busy city and tall buildings killed the Dreaming.  That is probably why, whenever possible, I escaped to the countryside in search of Nature’s pristine powers.
Uncle Lewis showed me that the city’s reality exists because of the Dreaming.  Without it, nothing would be.  Dreaming is the energy behind everything; it is the life force of all living beings, the power of trees and plants, and the powers of motors, business, and financial centers.
An artist sense the Dreaming in the canvas, paper, and stone and knows that everyday reality is not only concrete.  Leonardo da Vinci wrote that artists should look into peeling plaster walls until they can see images emerging from the shapes of the plaster.  Similarly, Michelangelo called sculpting a processs of bringing out the form that already exists inside the stone.  Artists and aboriginal peoples have developed the ability to see the Dreaming, that is, the power behind the figures you see in your nighttime dreams and everyday reality
